Says no internet connection even when I'm on Wifi and Mobile Data. Developer not responding or providing solution despite feedback. So much for trying to go digital.

Very bad experience. I can't connect to my membership even though I key in the correct otp. I tried few times and give up

Why now suddenly the app said I am not connected to the internet when I am really connected to Wi-Fi and ask me restart the app? Now even I re-install the app, it still said I am not connected to the internet.
