Customer Service was unbelievably! Did not try to comprehend the issue when I reached out, and after several emails, keeps getting pushed around to diff personnels. ONLY 1 (Alfian) TRULY understood and TRIED to help. But after MORE than 17 emails back and forth, was told by (Jesset) that their team had checked and all is 'working properly from their end'. Was told to try all the listed 8 steps again (I've tried 3x) and issue not from their end for an error message I received?! All for 1 event!

1. Bank charged extra 2. When we ask for event date change, the team did not advise if the new session is available. There were no indication if the session bookings is sold out/ have not been released. One would think it's the latter but no. The sessions will be removed from app if sold out. (Major confusion) 3. Caused us to lose our booking and have to top up extra to go to a pricier category My friends and I have been really patient with the app but this is too much. AVOID FEVER. SCAM AND NIGHTMARES ONLY.

I bought a ticket they offered for a movie in Manchester to find out post-purchase that no Vue cinemas were showing that film. $16 down the drain $10 voucher didn't work. Nightmare to find the t's and c's to see why. Customer service proposed they couldn't see the ticket in my account, then closed the conversation, which followed by sending me an email that they couldn't refund my ticket. A very unhonest experience
